UMUAHIA – Governor Alex Otti of Abia State has explained why he appointed former Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Azubuike Ihejirika (rtd) as Chairman, Abia Security Council, pointing out that as a renowned retied General, Ihejirika will always be in vantage position to tackle any security challenge that may crop up in the state no matter how serious.
